Brittany and Daniel are two of the softest and most in love souls you’ll ever meet. I was enamored with them from our first meeting at their engagement session at Mountain City Coffeehouse where Brittany used to work in college. So first, coffee and dancing in the coffeehouse and THEN Daniel got out his guitar, and I about died. Fun fact: I’m a big softie for the acoustic guitar. From that moment, I knew their wedding was going to be gorgeous.
This father-daughter first look was incredible to witness. Their bond is so strong!
They chose Orchid Cellars Meadery and Winery for their nuptials, and it was PERFECT. Brittany knew about lighting and what time the light would be most flattering for a sunset ceremony in the wildflowers…. MORE PLEASE. They danced their first dance amidst the setting sun, and the party began as they celebrated with their nearest and dearest.

These two had such a fantastic wedding and there were many parts about it that made it unique and wholly them! Some of their favorite moments was the Best Man snorting during the ceremony because the Reverend called out Brittany on worrying.
Daniel said that one of his favorite parts was that he loved having fun and being silly with the wedding party during the photos! I have to say, that’s one of my favorite parts too 😉
During the first dance, Daniel sang and hummed their first dance song, making it all the more special.
This happy couple spent their honeymoon in California having an amazing mixture of adventure and relaxation! They visited both San Francisco and San Diego!
Daniel + Brittany’s sage words of wisdom for other couples who are planning are: don’t feel like you have to have matching numbers of groomsmen and bridesmaids! They loved including all of their closest friends from different stages of life, making it feel like THEIR wedding party.
And have a fun activity to end the ceremony! These two did a stunning lantern released and it was a beautiful way to end the night.
Brittany + Daniel also recommend doing the engagement session and meeting your photographer! It helps with nerves on the actual wedding day.
And of course… their best advice they offer? Marry your best friend.
